As a Naturopathic Doctor and founder of The Maxim Movement and Divine Confidence Institute, I specialize in helping women in their 40s and 50s reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and release the emotional weight through accountability and stopping emotional eating at the root.
My approach blends natural medicine with emotional healing — addressing the body, mind, and nervous system together. Using comprehensive lab testing, naturopathic protocols, mindset coaching, I help my patients achieve lasting transformation from the inside out.
Whether we’re working on perimenopausal symptoms, adrenal fatigue, weight changes, emotional eating or emotional burnout, my goal is to help you understand why your body feels off and give you the tools to restore balance naturally.
I believe true healing happens when your physiology and psychology align — when your hormones, habits, and mindset all work in harmony.
Clinical Focus Areas:
• Hormone balancing (perimenopause, menopause, thyroid, adrenal)
• Emotional and stress-related weight gain
• Gut health and detoxification
• Energy, mood, and sleep optimization
• Nervous system and mindset regulation
